Long profile of the Cuban artist Carlos Garaicoa, whose work often explores the nature of cities and architecture, the typologies of building - but also of the failure to build, especially in his native Cuba, under the Castro regime. He's the type of artist whose work tends to pop up in many biennials, because like Carlos himself it's both intellectual and very vibrant.
